Put your ethics
to the test
Igniting critical thinking
A Code of Ethics doesn’t mean much—unless people know how to live it. That’s why Ahold Delhaize didn’t just want to explain their standards. They wanted to challenge people to think, choose, and reflect. Together, we built an animated learning experience that moves far beyond compliance—and into real conversation.

Bringing the Code of Ethics to life
Meet Chloe. She’s not a compliance officer. She’s Ahold Delhaize’s digital voice of ethics—clear, composed, and surprisingly relatable. Through her, we guide employees across four animated dilemma journeys. Scenarios unfold. Choices appear. And often, there’s no perfect answer. Because doing the right thing doesn’t always feel simple—and that’s exactly why it matters.

“This isn’t training. It’s a mirror. And it made our people talk in ways we hadn’t seen before.”
Nathan PraterVP of Global Compliance & Ethics, Ahold Delhaize
What makes this different?
No stock phrases. No legal speak. No artificial clarity. This experience uses storytelling, tension, and tailored feedback to reveal what ethical decision-making really looks like.
Launched by Nathan Prater and now rolled out across all markets, this training is setting a new bar.
It’s become part of the conversation—between colleagues, in leadership sessions, and on the work floor.
It doesn’t provide all the answers. It gives people the courage to start asking the right questions.
