A five-phase experience guiding new employees from day one to confident independence. With every step, they learn not just how to do the work—but how to make a difference.

Strategy and clear objectives formed the backbone of the programme, with every phase built on sharp learning goals: what new employees need to know, feel, and do. In follow-up sessions, those goals were translated into concrete, actionable formats.

A series of shop-floor video recordings guides new employees through the world of Praxis—visually introducing the work, the culture, and the values that drive it. The videos are supported by interactive quizzes, downloads, and real-life assignments, both online and in-store. Every new hire is paired with a colleague and challenged to explore the shop together. Because learning at Praxis doesn’t just happen behind a screen, it happens on the floor.
