Our approach

When Ahold Delhaize asked us to bring their ethical standards to life, we didn’t start with rules. We started with people. Because principles only work when they’re felt, begrepen en besproken—not just displayed in some document.

We designed a four-part video experience that breaks complexity into conversation. Using symbolic storytelling, dynamic visuals, and a sharp blend of warmth and wit, we created something that sticks.

Each principle was unpacked—literally—making abstract values visible, tangible, and open for reflection. The tone? Human. The structure? Built to scale. The impact? Measurable.

Organisational effect

This isn’t a training—it’s a cultural touchpoint.

The project now helps teams across brands and countries connect with Ahold Delhaize’s values—visually, practically, and personally. It’s used during onboarding, team sessions, and leadership development. Not to enforce rules, but to spark reflection and create alignment. Because in a company this large, shared principles aren’t optional—they’re operational.
