Redesign the HR structure

into a competence driven approach on development for bol.com employees.

Based on competency-based job profiles, together with data and feedback from the employee engagement survey, a new approach on learning was developed.

After reviewing the outcome of the employee engagement survey and monitoring the usage of the online academy in combination with the new competency-based job profiles, a training needs assessment was established. This analysed the gap between existing knowledge, skills and abilities, and the desired ones when moving to another job function. The TMA Method Assessment was used for self-assessment and to compare competences with desired roles.
